Ingredients
- 2 lbs. green tomatoes
- 2 lbs. Granny Smith applies, peeled, cored and diced
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 1 lemon, sliced and seeded
- 1 orange, sliced and seeded
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 /.2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 12/2 Tbsp. ground red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 lb. brown sugar
- 6 pint jars

Preparation
Step 1
In a large Dutch oven, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil Reduce heat to medium, and cook, stirring occasionally, 1 hour or until thickened. Remove from heat.
While chutney is still hot pack into sterilized jars, filling to within 1/4". Wipe rims with a clean cloth and seal.
Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
