Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. cooked elbow noodles
- 1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 12 oz + sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- black pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard
- dash of Tabasco to taste
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk egg into half the evaporated milk.
Add the mustard, Tabasco and pepper/salt.
Stir mixture quickly into hot, cooked macaroni.
Add cheese and the rest of the evaporated milk.
Stir mixture until creamy and blended.
