  • 3/4 lb. cooked elbow noodles
  • 1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 egg
  • 12 oz + sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • black pepper
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • dash of Tabasco to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk egg into half the evaporated milk.

Add the mustard, Tabasco and pepper/salt.

Stir mixture quickly into hot, cooked macaroni.

Add cheese and the rest of the evaporated milk.

Stir mixture until creamy and blended.
