Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 fresh tomatoe, chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped Coriander or Cilantro
- 1 lime (juice only)
- 1 chopped Serrano chopped
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper

Step 1
Halve the avocados and remove the pulp from the shell with a spoon. In a bowl, mash the pulp with chopped onion, coriander, tomato, limejuice and season with salt and pepper.
