Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely shredded zucchini
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Water/oil mixture
- 4 (2-oz.) whole grain burger buns, lightly toasted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat indoor or outdoor grill to MEDIUM. In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients (turkey through pepper); divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2"-thick patty. Coat grill rack with water/oil mixture and grill patties for 6 minutes per side or until thoroughly cooked. Serve on burger buns.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Caprese Salad: Layer sliced tomatoes, sliced Mozzarella cheese and basil leaves; drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure breadcrumbs are gluten free (or make your own using gluten free bread). Use gluten free burger buns.
