Ingredients
- 3 Envelopes G. Washington's Rich & Brown Seasoning & Broth
- 4 C diced hot cokked potatoes
- 1 1/2 T cider vinegar
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 C diced celery
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 3 T minced onion
- 3/4 C mayonnaise

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle vinegar, olive oil, G. Wahsington's over hot potatoes.
Set aside to cool
Mix together celery, eggs, onion, & mayonnaise
Add to potatoes & mix together until potatoes are well coated. Chill & Serve
