Ingredients
- 12 cup quinoa
- 14 cup buttery spread
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsps sugar-free syrup
- 4 tbsps almond milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp corn/potato starch
- 14 cup chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
1- Take full quinoa and throw it the blender on liquify to get it to a fine, powder. Add baking soda.
2- In a separate bowl, blend all wet ingredients (and sugar) with a wooden spoon. Vigorous. Make sure to include all parts.
3- Pour the dry into the wet, blend the ingredients all together and add the chocolate chips while stirring. Form 3 inch patties on a lightly buttered cookie sheet.
4- Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Let them cool on metal surface. Serve ’em up!
