Ingredients
- 1 lg can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- 1 C celery
- 1 C onions
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1 (2oz) jar pimentos
- 1 C vinegar
- 1 C green peppers

Preparation
Step 1
Chop onions, celery, peppers and pimento. Add to kraut. Add sugar and vinegar. Place in refrigerator and let sit overnight. Keep refrigerated and covered.
