- 4 Peeled raw potatoes or enough to feed number of people you want to feed, peeled
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- 1 Onion, sliced or more as desired
- HEAVY cream, enough to cover 1 inch below sliced potatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Thinly slice raw potatoes.
Salt if you want it.
Place potatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onions in deep casserole dish. Use Pam or oil to coat dish to prevent difficult cleanup.
Pour cream over potatoes till it comes to within one inch BELOW top of potatoes.
Bake uncovered in 350 degree, preheated oven, for one to two hours depending on size of dish.
It should be browned on top, and tender when pierced with knife.
