Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 lb shredded cheddar
- 1/8 tsp tobasco sauce
- 2 tsp soy
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pkg frozen French Style green beans - cooked and drained well
- 1 can French Fried onion rings

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Add mushroom soup. Add cheese, tobasco, soy, salt and pepper. Add green beans. Pour into 13 x 9 pan. Top with onion rings. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
