Ingredients
- 3/4lb3/4 lb butter (1 1/2 cups)
- 3/4cup3/4 cup icing sugar
- 3cups3 cups flour

Step 1
Leave butter out of fridge for at least 12 hours. Critical.
Using an electric mixer, beat butter for 2 minutes. Add icing sugar and beat continuously. Add flour slowly.
Once combined - remove from bowl with hands and press with fingers into a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle top with white sugar immediately. Cut into finger sized lengths immediately while hot. Cool.
