Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frankfurters, cut in half diagonally
  • 1/2 c. Chopped onion
  • 1/2 t. Basil or oregano leaves, crushed
  • 2 T. Butter
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom
  • 1/2 c. Milk
  • 1/2 c. Chopped canned tomatoes
  • 2 c. Cooked wide noodles
  • 2 T. Chopped parsley

Step 1

In skillet, brown frankfurters and cook onions with basil in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat, stir occasionally. Makes about 4 cups.
