Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 Egg
• 1/4 cp finely chopped onion, or
• 2 Tbsp onion powder
• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 90 % lean
• 1 cp dry brd crumbs
• 1 1/4 cps milk - skim
• 1 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 Tbsp Worstershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with your hands.

Spread the mixture in an ungreased meatloaf pan.

Pat top of the loaf smooth.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
