Grandma Eva's Cream Cheese Ball
By debbreck
This has been a family favorite for years, traditionally served on Ritz crackers. Grandma Eva used to have it when we would go to Oakland to visit, and in return, my mom made it when Grandma and Grandpa came to visit every year. Friday nights, Grandma and Grandpa would want to go out to dinner, but first we would have cheese and crackers (Grandma would have her Manhattan).
