Ingredients
- 3 oz. bottle of liquid smoke
- 5-6 lbs. beef brisket
- BBQ Sauce
- Celery Salt
- Garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt and pepper
- worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Pour liquid smoke over brisket and rub on all sides. Sprinkle with celery, garlic, onion, seasonings. Place brisket in refrigerator, covered with foil, overnight. Next day: Sprinkle with salt and pepper and worcestershire sauce. Bake covered at 275 for 5 hours. Uncover; pour on BBQ sauce and continue baking 1 hour longer, uncovered. Remove meat, cool pan juices and remove fat. Juice may be thickened with flour to pour over sliced brisket.
