Ingredients

  • sausage
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 28 oz fire roasted tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

-cook sausage in a pot with olive oil
-add onions and more oil until soft
-add garlic, spices, tomatoes and chicken broth- bring to a simmer with lid on for 10 minutes
-cut cauliflower and grate
-add cauliflower and simmer another 10 min.
-add shrimp and simmer for 5 min.
