Ingredients
- 6 5 oz cans of albacore white tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
- 3 stalks celery diced
- 1 cup Mayonnaise (add to moisture level you desire)
- Salt (to taste)
- Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Preparation
Step 1
Flake tuna in bowl, add diced celery, add ½ cup mayo to start and add mayo until mixture is at desired moisture level. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Store tuna salad refrigerated until ready to serve. Will keep refrigerated 4 to 5 days.
