Ingredients

  • THIS IS A DOUBLED RECIPE
  • 2 14 oz cans artichoke hearts chopped
  • 2 cups Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Parsley (garnish)

Preparation

Step 1

Thoroughly drain and chop artichokes.

Mix artichokes with mayonnaise and parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl.

Put mixture into a pie plate or quiche pan.

Bake at 350oF for 25 minutes.

Serve hot with crackers, garnished with parsley.

Other Variations
1. Add 1 to 2 chopped green chilies
2. Add 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder and garnish with paprika
