Ingredients
- Popcorn:
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
- 1/2 Cup Dark Karo Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- Cashew nuts optional
- 1 Cup Popcorn
- 3 Tablespoons of Oil for popping

Preparation
Step 1
Pop popcorn and set aside in a large bowl.
In a heavy sauce pan mix brown sugar, butter, Karo syrup and wait until mixture boils. Add baking soda and mix.
Remove from heat and mix into popcorn. Place popcorn mixture on a buttered cookie sheet and let cool. Break into bitesize chunks and enjoy.
Popcorn Balls: Instead of placing mixture on cookie sheet. Butter hands and form mixture into balls, place on butter cookie sheet and let cool.
