Ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of flour
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of raisins (floured)
- 3 tablespoons of cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream butter and sugar. Mix well.
2. Add cream and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add raisins.
3. Incorporate flour alternating with milk and finally add vanilla.
4. Pour in a pudding pan and set in another pan with ½ hot water.
5. Simmer 3 hours.
