  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 yellow egg

Preparation

Step 1

1. Soften the butter and incorporate sugar, salt, nutmeg and egg yellow.
2. Slowly add flour until the mixture is too firm for the spoon.
3. Lightly knead on a floured surface.
4. Roll to ¼ and use favorite cookie cutter.
5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes (approximately).

* could garnish with red and green candied cherries before cooking.
