Ingredients
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 c/s tomato tapenade
- 12 minimozzarella
- half c / lemon zest
- 2 c/s Virgin olive oil
- 1 c/s chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cut 1 cm. of tomatoes, empty seeds. Fill with a little tapenade and finish with the minimozzarella. Click it.
In a small bowl, mix the lemon zest, oil and parsley. Batter mozzarella skewers and place them in a glass or dispenser of skewers.
