Ingredients

  • 3 cups corn (fresh or if frozen, microwave for 2 minutes so not frozen)
  • 3 whole eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons minced onion
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch sugar

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and put in a 9x12 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until set, approximately 45 minutes. Test with a knife 2 inches from edge - if comes out clean, done. Serve hot.
