Ingredients
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 3 tablespoons dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili flakes, or more to taste
- 2 teaspoons black pepper

Step 1
Combine barbecue sauce over medium heat in a small pot.
Grill shoulder over indirect medium-low heat, using smoking chips, if desired. Maintain heat at 300* Baste every hour. This can be done in the oven also and pork is done when temp is 185 to 190 degrees. This will take about 6 hours.
