Chocolate Surprise Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 c. butter, room temp
• 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1/8 tsp cinnamon
• 25 hershy kisses
• 1 1/2 Tb powder sugar
• 3/4 tsp cocoa powder

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat overn 350.

Combine the butter and brown sugar, until light and fluffy. Add vanilla; combine flour and cinnamon in another bowl. Add flour mixture a little bit at a time to butter mix. Mix well

Shape dough into 25 1-inch balls. Flatten each ball into 2-inch rounds. Place 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

Place candy in center of each round. Enclose the candy within the dough. Make sure candy is completely sealed in dough. Bake unitl golden.

Bake about 15 mins.

Combine powder sugar and cocoa, mix well. Sprinkle over hot cookies.
