Ingredients
- 1 pkg German Chocolate cake mix
- water, oil and eggs as called for on cake mix pkg directions
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 jar caramel, butterscotch or fudge topping
- 1 container whipped topping
- 1 bag toffee chips or bits

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat overn to 350 degrees.
2. Bake cake as directed on pkg in 9 X 13 pan. Cool 15 minutes.
3. Poke top of warm cake every 1/2 in with handle of wodden spoon, wiping handle occasionally to reduce sticking.
4. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over top of cake; let stand until milk has been absorbed into cake.
5. Drizzle with caramel topping.
6. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
7. Spread whipped topping over top of cake. Sprinkle with toffee chips.
8. Cover and refrigerate
