60 * 60 millilitres (1/4 cup) sugar
750 * 750 millilitres (3 cups) rosé wine
1 * 1 pink grapefruit, rinsed, halved and sliced

1. In a pitcher, combine the sugar and wine. Add the grapefruit. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours. Strain to prevent the grapefruit from making the wine too bitter.
