Ingredients

  • 5 square baker's semi-sweet chocolate
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. white chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1


Melt semi-sweet chocolate with butter over low heat stir until completely melted.

Beat eggs with sugars and vanilla until well blended. Beat in melted chocolate. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt until well blended. Stir in white chocolate chips.

Chill dough for at least 30 minutes to harden and prevent spreading of cookies.

Drop by heaping teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

BAKE in preheated 375°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Cookies will be soft in center.
