- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 (6 ounce) salmon steaks or any firm white fish
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2.In a small bowl, mix honey, mustard, and lemon juice. Spread the mixture over the salmon steaks. Season with pepper. Arrange in a medium baking dish.
3.Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish easily flakes with a fork
Variation:
Wrap each piece of white fish with bacon strips before spreading with the mixture. Add 5 minutes to bake time and then broil for about 2 minutes to finish.
