Ingredients
- 1 package lemon jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 large can evaporated milk (whipped)

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add lemon juice. Cool.
Cream cheese & sugar [together]. Add vanilla and cooled jello and mix well.
Fold in whipped milk into jello mix.
Pour into pan prepared with graham crackers either long pan of cheese torte pan [spring form].
Chill about 3 hours.
