Ingredients

  • 3-4 LBS boneless country style ribs
  • 1 C (20 oz) pineapple tidbits - undrained
  • 2 C (8 oz each) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 C thinly sliced onion
  • 1/2 C thinly sliced green pepper
  • 1/2 C packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 C cider vinager
  • 1/4 C tomato paste
  • 2 TBLS Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Step 1

Place ribs in an ungreased slow cooker. Ina cowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender.
