Ingredients

  • 1 1b crawfish, thawed & drained (12oz)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (3Tbsp)
  • 4 Tbsp butter (3Tbsp)
  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened (9oz)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (3 cloves)
  • 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper (or to taste) (~2tsp)
  • 3/4 tsp pepper (1/2tsp)
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook green onions in butter until tender. Add crawfish and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir in cream cheese, garlic, cayenne, pepper, and salt. Stir until ccream cheese melts and dip is heated through. Serve with fritos scoops.
