Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage, fried & drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- Round loaf of sourdough or Hawaiian bread (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Place in hollowed out bread or in 9x9" baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with bread pieces and/or Fritos scoops.
