Ingredients
- 1 can (15oz) pumpkin
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup butter, melted
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Nutmeg (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour into lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with dry cake mix then pecans. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes to set. Serve warm or at room temperature with whipped cream & sprinkled with nutmeg and/or cinnamon (if desired).
