  • 1/2 C oil
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 C mashed bananas
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 t nutmeg
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 C flour
  • 1 t baking soda in 1 t water
