Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 C flour
- 3/4 C sugar
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 1 C fresh blueberries
- 1 C pecans (optional)
- Streusel:
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/3 C flour
- 1/4 C cold butter

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Add egg, milk and butter. Beat well. Fold in blueberries and pecans. Spread in greased, 9 in square pan. In antoher bowl, combine sugar and flour; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Can double recipe for 9 X 13 pan.
