  • BROWNIES:
  • ∙ 1 stick butter
  • ∙ 2 eggs
  • ∙ 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ∙ 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ∙ 2 squares Baker’s Chocolate
  • ∙ 1 cup sugar
  • ∙ 1 1/2 tablespoons Pet Milk
  • ∙ 1/2 cup flour
  • ∙ 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • FROSTING
  • ∙ 1 square chocolate
  • ∙ 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Pet Milk
  • ∙ 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ∙ 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and chocolate over low heat and let cool. Beat eggs well and continue beating while adding sugar. Slowly add butter and chocolate. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured 9" square pan. Bake at 375* 18-20 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.

Melt together chocolate and butter. Stir in milk, vanilla and powdered sugar. Spread on brownies and let cool.
