- 1/4 c green bell pepper, finely chopped 3/4c 1 1/2c 2 1/4c
- 2 cloves garlic minced 6 12 18
- 1 t. brown sugar 1T 2T 3T
- 1/2 t hot pepper sauce 1 1/2t 1T 4 1/2 t
- 1/2 t dried basil 1 1/2 t 1T 4 1/2t
- 1/2 t dried oregano 1 1/2t 1T 4 1/2t
- 1 bay leaf crumbled 3 6 9
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper 3/4t 1 1/2t 2 1/4t
- 1/2 t. black pepper 1 1/2t. 1T 4 1/2t

Step 1
COOKING DAY:
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken quarters in a freezer bag and pour marinade over chicken. Freeze, using freezer bag method.
SERVING DAY:
Thaw completely. Brush chicken with marinade and grill over medium heat, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
