Ingredients
- 7 cups shredded green cabbage (about 1/2 head)
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. whole-grain mustard
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/8 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. pepper
- 1/8 tea. ground red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first3 ingredients in a large bowl.
In small bowl, combined dressing ingredients; stir well with a whisk.
Add dressing to cabbage and toss well to coat. Cover and chill 20 minutes. Stir before serving.
