Ingredients

Crust:
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 sugar
3 T cornstarch
2 C raisins
2 C sour cream
1 3/4 C oatmeal
1 3/4 flour
1 C brown sugar
1 t. soda
1 C shortening/butter

Preparation

Step 1

Pat 1/2 of crust in 9 X 13 greased pan. Bake 10-15 min at 350 degrees.

Meanwhile cook filling ingredients until thick. Pour over crust. Top with other 1/2 of crust and back 15-20 minutes more.
