- 3 cups fortified plain soy milk or 1% milk
- 1 cup banana, strawberries, blueberries, or pineapple
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 teaspoon ground flaxseed
- Ice cubes
