Ingredients
- 16 oz lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green chilies
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 3/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 cup crushed corn chips

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, brown meat, onion, and chilies. Drain off grease. Add corn, salsa, cheese, pepper and cumin. Spray a 10-inch pie plate with Pam. Place meat mixture in the pie plate & top with the crushed corn chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
