Oven Fried Drumsticks

• 1/4 c. vegetable oil
• 1/2 c. baking mix
• 1 Tb paprika
• 2 tsp creole seasoning
• 1 tsp seasoned salt
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
• 10 drumsticks

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat 450. Pour vegetable oil 15x10 dish

Combine baking mix and all seasonings in a large bowl. Mix well and pour into paper bag.

Add drumsticks, a few at at time, shake to coat. arrange on baking pan

Bake drumsticks turning once, until juices run clear, about 30 mins
