Ingredients
- 12 oz marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz can chopped green chilies
- 4 oz can diced jalapeños

Step 1
Drain marinade from artichoke hearts and reserve 1/4 cup. Use reserved marinade to sauté onions and garlic until limp. Coursely chop drained artichoke hearts, set aside. In a medium-sized bowl, beat eggs. Add bread crumbs, seasonings, and mix. Stir in cheese, sautéed onions & garlic, artichoke hearts, chilies, and jalapeños. Pour into greased 8x8 dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered. Cool and cut into squares.
