7-Layer Pea Salad

Ingredients
- Salad:
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 7 boiled eggs (I used 3)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 bag frozen peas, thawed
- 8-12 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Dressing:
- 2 cups salad dressing (I used Hellman's)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Layer all salad ingredients,adding salt and pepper as desired.
Mix salad dressing, sugar and vinegar and spread over top of salad.
Top with additional cheese, bacon, onions - your choice. Refrigerate overnight.
Toss before serving.
