Ingredients

  • 4-6 oz. cooked crab meat, drained
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup sour cream
  • 1/4 Cup white wine
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. 4/S SPECIAL SEASONED SEA SALT
  • 1/8 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC POWDER
  • 1/2 tsp. CHESAPEAKE BAY SEASONING
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup Asiago or Romano shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300°. Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, white wine, mustard, SPICES and Worcestershire sauce. Add the crab meat and lemon juice and mix well. Pour into a greased oven-safe casserole dish and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Bake at 300° for 20-25 minutes. If you would like the cheese to be nicely browned, turn the oven to low broil for the final few minutes. Serve warm with crackers or crusty baguette slices.
