Ingredients
- 1 kg (2.2 lbs) chicken, cut in pieces
- 1 kg (2.2 lbs) pork, cut in pieces
- 1 head(!) garlic, pounded
- 1 cup Del Monte vinegar
- 2 cups water
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- peppercorn to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken & pork in cooking pan. Add garlic, vinegar, water, soy sauce & seasonings. Cook until tender and thick broth forms.
