Ingredients

  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments
  • 1/4 cup Kikkoman stir-fry sauce
  • 3 Tbsps vegetable oil, divided
  • 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, bone and cut into strips
  • 1/3 cup roasted cashews
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 pound fresh snow peas

Step 1

Reserving 2 Tbsps syrup, drain mandarin oranges. Blend reserved syrup with stir-fry sauce.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Add chicken, cashews and garlic. Stir-fry 3 minutes; remove.

Heat remaining oil in same pan. Add onion and snow peas; stir-fry 3 minutes.

Add chicken, cashews and stir-fry sauce mixture; cook and stir to coat all ingredients with sauce. Remove from heat; stir in oranges.
