Ingredients
- PORK:
- SAUCE
- 2 bacon slices, finely chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup prepared yellow mustard
- 5 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/4 tea. chili powder
- 1/4 tea. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 2 tea. chili powder
- 1 tea. garlic powder
- 1 tea. ground cumin
- 3/4 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 1/8 tea. ground red pepper
- 2 (1 ob) pork tenderloins, trimmed
- cooking spray

Step 1
Prepare grill.
Sauce: cook bacon until almost crisp, stirring occasionally. Add onion to pan; cook 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Add mustard and next 5 ingredients to pan, and bring to a boil Reduce heat, and simmer 4 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring occasionally.
Pork: combine brown sugar, and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well; rub mixture evenly over pork. Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 20 minutes or until a thermometer registers 155 degrees.
Let pork stand 10 minutes. Serve sliced with sauce.
