  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1-2 sleeves graham crackers, broekn into small rectangles
  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Melt sugar and butter in small saucepan. Boil 3-4 minutes. Cover jelly roll pan with parchement paper. Lay graham crackers out on jelly roll pan. Pour sugar/butter mixture over graham crackers to fully cover. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool. Slide crackers onto cooling racks. Store in air tight container in freezer.
